Shipping Policy

All orders are usually crafted within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

As everything I make is built-to-order, so there may be a delay if I have to order materials I don’t have in stock. I will email you if this is the case and give you an estimated timeframe. Thanks for your patience.

Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from me to the destination. In Canada, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

International delivery (including US orders) usually takes about 15–30 business days. After processing and leaving the workshop, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout using Canada Post. 

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lowrie Leathercraft is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order, within the timeframes listed above, after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at lowrieleathercraft@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
